The Employee shall develop graphics material for contract communications products. The Employee is responsible for providing the final communication product within the contract organization for presentations and printable material. The Employee must use their graphics design and technical understanding to create visually appealing and functional graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that effectively convey complex technical information. This could involve designing user interfaces for creating interactive presentations, developing infographics for data visualization, designing icons and logos, and producing feedback form material. The Employee shall collaborate closely with IT teams, developers, and the HQ Support team to understand project requirements and ensure that graphical elements align with technical specifications and branding guidelines. Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

The Employee shall anticipate and respond effectively to cyber threats, ultimately bolstering the cybersecurity posture and resilience against sophisticated adversaries for the program. Employees shall leverage advanced knowledge of cyber threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs); they shall assist the Government Lead in collecting, assessing, and disseminating actionable intelligence on emerging and evolving threats. The Employee shall conduct in-depth research and analysis of threat indicators, including malware, phishing campaigns, and infrastructure, to uncover patterns and trends indicative of potential cyber-attacks. Additionally, senior analysts shall collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance threat detection capabilities, develop threat hunting strategies, and optimize security controls. By providing timely and accurate cyber threat intelligence, senior analysts will bolster the department’s cybersecurity posture and resilience against sophisticated adversaries.

The Employee shall contribute to improving the usability, efficiency, and effectiveness of IT systems by providing high-quality documentation that empowers users to effectively utilize and troubleshoot technology resources. This position is responsible for providing content review, generation, and editing services. The Employee will write clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation that communicates complex technical information to a variety of audiences – both internally for the department and externally for the government customer. This involves translating intricate technical concepts, processes, and procedures into easily understandable written content, such as user manuals, technical guides, system documentation, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides. The Employee will work closely with subject matter experts, software developers, engineers, and other offices to gather information and ensure accuracy in the documentation. IT technical writers also play a crucial role in maintaining and updating existing documentation to reflect changes in technology, software updates, or organizational processes. Additionally, the Employee may assist in developing training materials and tutorials to facilitate user understanding and adoption of IT systems and solutions.
