Jonathan Hard

Jonathan Hard is the founder and CEO of H2L Solutions, Inc. (H2L), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that has rapidly emerged as one of America’s fastest-growing cybersecurity firms since its inception in 2014. Under Jonathan’s leadership, H2L specializes in cyber and information assurance, delivering top-tier cybersecurity solutions to government and commercial clients.

H2L is driven by a commitment to providing exceptional service to the warfighter, customers, and the public. The company’s mission is to be the most trusted provider of professional, technical, and program management cybersecurity services, maintaining the highest standards of excellence in every aspect of its operations.

Jonathan’s military career spans over a decade of service in the Alabama National Guard, where he completed Ranger School and Airborne School, and served as an Infantry Officer during a 2008 deployment to Iraq. He continues his service as a Signals Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves and was deployed as a Signal Officer from 2022 to 2023.

In addition to his professional achievements, Jonathan is actively involved in his community. He serves on the Board of Directors at THRIVE and was the first Vice President of the SAME Huntsville chapter. He also supports local organizations, including Burritt on the Mountain, through various fundraising efforts.

Jonathan’s dedication and leadership have been recognized with numerous awards, including the 2017 NDIA-TVC Management Award, the prestigious Russell G. Brown Executive Leadership Award, and the 2016 UAH Alumni of the Year. Under his guidance, H2L Solutions earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies for three consecutive years, was named Emerging Business of the Year in 2015, and Best Places to Work in 2016.
