Chrissy Davis-Farrington

Chrissy Davis-Farrington is the Vice President of Business Development & Capture at H2L Solutions, Inc. Chrisy brings years of experience in research, proposal development, and program improvement from her time serving in leadership roles in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She holds a BS and MsED in English Education and spent her early professional years as a classroom teacher and curriculum developer, which has proven to be most useful in the development of strong proposals and win themes in the GovCon world.

In her three years with H2L, Chrissy has led the Business Development and Bids and Proposals team in developing streamlined processes to ensure the effective identification, capture, and pursuit of Federal and DoD opportunities for H2L. From opportunity evaluation to strategic teaming, Chrissy’s focus is always on how to best serve the customer by providing innovative solutions to complex problems with high performance, honesty, and integrity at the forefront.

When she’s not building the pipeline or writing proposals, Chrissy geeks out listening to intelligence and defense podcasts about the past, present, and future of warfare and the operational environment. 

Otherwise, she can be found chasing her three kids and Boxer around the beaches and wilderness of Maine where she resides.
