Jackie Blue

Jocquette "Jackie" Blue is the Chief Engineer at H2L Solutions, Inc., where she has been a key contributor for nearly seven years. Jackie is a leading expert in Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) cybersecurity requirements, leveraging her extensive knowledge to ensure compliance and security for H2L’s clients.

Before joining H2L, Jackie served in the California National Guard and the United States Army Reserve, building a strong foundation in leadership and technical skills. She later transitioned to a role at the Wounded Warrior Project as a Technical Trainer, where she instructed military veterans and their spouses in CompTIA’s A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, helping them advance in the IT and cybersecurity fields.

In 2017, Jackie earned her Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Her expertise, combined with a passion for mentorship and technical excellence, continues to drive H2L’s success in safeguarding critical systems and navigating complex cybersecurity landscapes.
